How to make shower jelly!

It is quite expensive to buy shower jelly from lush, so why don't you try this simple recipe which is inexpensive, fun and easy to do!

Equipment:

A spoon

A bowl

A fridge

Pots to put the S.jelly in

Ingredients:

1 sachet of un-flavoured gelatine

3/4 cup of boiling water (185ml)

A pinch of salt

1/2 cup of shower gel (125ml)

Method:

1. Mix the gelatine into the water, it may make clumps like this...

But keep mixing until all of the gelatine has dissolved into the water.

2. Add in the shower gel.

3. Now should add the salt.

4. Mix together until all of the ingredients are combined together. Remove the bubbles like this...

Keep doing this until  you have something like this...

5. Pour the mixture into the pots but don't fill right to the top.

6.Carefully put the pots in the fridge. Don't put the lids on, they will go on after.

7. Leave in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours or until firm to touch.

This recipe is so simple but sometimes that's just what you need! So say goodbye to expensive lush prices and hello to the new world of D.I.Y beauty products! Here are some pics of the final product:
