How to make a hand/foot bath! - SPA TREATMENTS
I'm really sorry i haven't updated my blog for decades but i've been really busy at the mo, so yeahhh! Anyways who cares about my boring life lets get to this cool spa-feel experience to make your feet feel smooth, soft and luxurious!:) It is great before and mani/pedi!
Ingredients:
(hot/warm water)
(hot/warm water)
bath salts - I use 3 normally but didn't on this tutorial, to make it easier.
Shower creme - I used coconut.
Sugar scrub - (check out my tutorial here:)
Moisturizer of your choice.
Water based scrub - (2 parts water, a drop of oil 1 part sugar)
Method:
1. Fill up your tub or bucket with water. (you can use your sink if you are just making a hand bath but if its a foot bath too it may be hard to put your feet in your sink!)
2.Add in some nice smelling bath salts! (I used orange and ginger ones mmmm...)
3.Add in your shower creme to soften the water and help enhance the smell.
4. Set this aside.
5.Apply your sugar scrub to remove any dead skin cells, rub vigorously but not too hard as you don't want to break the skin!
6.Let the sugar scrub sit for 30 seconds and then put your feet/hands into the tub for about 5 mins. This part should be soothing and not cause any pain or irritation.
7. Remove your hands/feet and apply the water scrub, rub this softly into the skin, this will remove any excess dead skin cells which have softened and can now be removed.
8.Wash the scrub off in the tub, your hands/feet should have softened, alot.
9. Gently pat dry.
10.Apply a good moisturizer, I used palmers cocoa butter:)
Optional - paint your nails!!!
Unless your a dude!
Thanks for reading my tutorial, I hope you have learnt a lot, have fun! Annia-x-

Want to get permanent marker off your skin? Apply toothpaste to the area then pour over mouth wash, leave for 5 mins, wash off and pat dry. To get the remains off use nail polish remover - (this really works;)).
