Method:
1. Measure out the sugar and pour it into the bowl.

3. Heat the honey for about 5 seconds and then add the honey!
4. MIX it up realllllly well!
5. Pat it down and smooth it out then your done!!

4. MIX it up realllllly well!

The amount of sugar that you put in depends on how you want the consistency, I like mine quite gritty like the lush one so I tend to add in quite a lot but the decision is yours entirely. Experiment and have fun!

How to fix a broken lipstick!
This rarely happens to me but when it does it is a such a pain in the bum! arghhh. This happened to me today!:( But everything is good as I know exactly how to fix it it (Y). Lets get started:
equipment:
- lighter/match - I actually used a candle as the flame was larger and I didn't have to hold like I would with a match or a lighter!
- A freezer - Im sure you all have one but if you dont you can just use a fridge but double the time.
- Plastic bag - To put the lipstick on when in the freezer.
- Gloves (optional)
Method:
1. Remove the lipstick bullet from the holder and put it onto the plastic bag.
2. Place in the freezer for about 5 to 7 mins or until firm to the touch.
3. Take it out of the freezer and melt the top of the remaining lipstick (where it snapped) and melt the bottom of the lipstick bullet.
4. Quickly place the lipstick bullet back into the holder and hold down for a few seconds. You need to then make sure that the lipstick goes up and down smoothly, like this...
5. Place back in the freezer for around 5 to 7 mins again and thats it, your done!
This is so quick and easy to do especially if your in a rush of getting somewhere! Thanks for reading! Annia -x-

Tip of the day! 19/12/2012
I wear eye liner quite a lot and find it quite tricky to remove it! An easy way to do this is to dip a cotton bud in olive oil and gently remove the eyeliner going from the nose to the outer eye. Once the cotton bud has a lot of the eyeliner on them you just use a new one until there is no eyeliner left on the cotton bud. This way it shows when all the make-up is removed! ...or you can just look in the mirror!
How to make rice water! - toner
Rice water is great as a toner to remove make up and rehydrate the skin! Its easy and simple to make using only 2 ingredients! But make sure that you use organic rice! Im saying this because if you just use ordinary rice then your going to put harsh unwanted chemicals on your face which will damage it! eeeeek. :/ Heres how to make it!
Equipment:
- cup/bowl
- spoon
- sieve/ tea strainer
- Container
Ingredients:
- Organic rice. ( I used brown but its entirely optional as you can use white too!)
- Water (tap water will be fine hehe!)
Method:
1. Measure out 125 ml of water!
2. Put it into a cup/bowl (whatever you feel like!) and add in 80 grams of rice!
3. Mix thoroughly until it turns a cloudy white colour.
4. Leave to sit for 5 minutes so the starch can soak into the water!
5. Mix once more then strain out the rice in a tea strainer or sieve.
6. You should end up with a nice rice free solution which is cloudy white!
Thats it your done! Just apply to your face to remove make up and to rehydrate the skin!

How to make tinted moisturiser!
Tinted moisture is great as a substitute for foundation as it's less harsh on the skin and dosent block up your pores! My version is basically a diluted version of foundation! Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
- moisturiser
- foundation
- pressed powder (optional)
Method:
1. Make you have a soft, sensitive moisturise which isn't going to irritate the skin as you will have this on all day! Use your favourite foundation! I used cranberry and pomegranate body lotion (superdrug) and bourjois paris foundation (boots).
2. Put the ingredients in a cup. You want moisturiser and foundation 4:1 ratio with each other.
3. MIX the ingredients together!
4. Add more moisturiser to the solution if needed and add in the pressed powder to soak up some of the moisture and lighten the colour.
5. Test it on your hand to make sure its the right colour and rub in. Make alterations if needed.
6. Your done! Just put it in a container or leave it in the cup but put cling film over the top so it dosent dry out!
Thats it! Thanks for reading and I hope you try this D.I.Y tinted moisturiser! Annia-x-

How to paint your nails evenly!
Okay, so I know it's been ages since I last updated but I've had a lot of exams going on recently, sorry! I will try to keep up with this in future!
I am going to be showing you how to simply paint your nails, evenly. Let's go!
Step 1: Cut, clean and shape nails. There is nothing better than having clean, cut and evenly shaped nails as this will help you apply the nail polish more easily and you will be in the right mindset.
Step 2: Base coat. Apply a base-coat as this will ensure that the colours don't leak onto your nail and stain it!
Step 3: The colour. Make sure you use a good quality brand e.g rimmel, no7 etc.
Step 4: Three strokes. Use my three stroke rule, middle, right, left. You also need to make sure that you leave a gap between the nail and cuticle as it will give a more polished look.
Step 5: 2nd, 3rd coat. Depending on how good quality the polish is you may way to add more layers of the nail polish to ensure you get a strong, rich colour.
Step 6: Topcoat. Apply a topcoat to keep the colour locked in and to create an extra cover so the nail doesn't chip.
Step 7: Wait! However big your urge is to start doing something while your nails are drying, try to wait! Make sure you eave up to at least half an hour as this will ensure the nails are fully dry. A way to check if your nails are dry is by putting them face to face together. If they stick a bit, then they are still wet but if they dont then they a fully dry!
I hope this gave you a rough, basic idea on how to paint your nails, thanks for reading! Annia-x-
