This a simple one which I all think you will benefit from.
To help you get rid of eye make up from under your eyes, get a cotton bud and dip it in some cream. Then slowly remove the make up and it should come off in one go! Olive oil is also really good for a natural make up remover and hydrates the skin!
Hey, my name is Annia and this is my blog for tips and tricks to help you in life. I decided to create this because I always come up with helpful things that I think others would benefit from. I share tips on cooking ,organising and other random things. I hope you enjoy my blog and tips as much as i do writing it:)

Tip of the day! 13/10/2012
If you have a ladder in your tights all you need to do is put clear nail polish on each end. This will prevent it from spreading!
My friend Olivia showed me this! Thanks Liv:)
How to make a mini memo pad
This project is cute, simple and quick! You can even use them as gift tags too! lets get started:
Materials:
Lined paper
A small piece of card
A key ring chain (optional)
Equipment:
Pencil
Ruler
Felt tips
Stapler
Hole puncher
Paperclip / bulldog clip
Sewing machine or blu tack and a pin.
Scissors
Method:
1. Cut the card into about a 10 x 5cm piece.
2. Draw around the card an then cut out the paper into slightly smaller pieces, like 5 x 4cm pieces, I have about 10 pieces in the pad (clip the paper together).
3. Fold the card in half but leave a little bit at the bottom
then fold that over too like this...
4. Make sure the paper fits in the pad before stapling it together and make adjustments if needed.
5. Perforate the paper by using a sewing machine without thread or putting blu-tack under the paper and pricking holes using a pin. This will help the paper to rip more evenly when taking a memo off:)
6. Staple it together at the bottom and be quite accurate as you want a clean finish.
7. Now you can decorate the top to make it look unique!
8. If you want, you can make it into a key ring by hole punching the corner,
then put the key ring chain through!
Your done and they look so cute!:)
Here is another one I made:

How to make lip balm:)
I make lip balm all the time! Its fun, easy and great to give to people as presents! You only need a couple of things....SO lets get started!
A disposable cup or bowl
A spoon
A toothpick (cocktail stick)
Labels (optional)
Cotton bud/Q-tip
Eye shadow
Fragrance (optional)
Shimmery white eye shadow (for a shimmer)
An oil ( I used almond oil but olive will do just fine)
Equipment:
A pot (to store it in)A disposable cup or bowl
A spoon
A toothpick (cocktail stick)
Labels (optional)
Cotton bud/Q-tip
Ingredients:
Petroleum jellyEye shadow
Fragrance (optional)
Shimmery white eye shadow (for a shimmer)
An oil ( I used almond oil but olive will do just fine)
Method:
1. Put the petroleum jelly in the cup.
Mix it up really well until it goes really smooth and easy to work with.
2. Use your toothpick to take some eye shadow from the palette. Add your shimmery white eye shadow now if you want, I didn't have too because my eye shadow was already shimmery! Do this softly and slowly as more than you think will come off as its such a good tool to use. If you don't have a toothpick use a needle or a pin.
3. Drop this in to the mixture bit at a time.
I added colour 3 times, here are the different shades:
Shade 1:
Shade 2:
Shade 3:
4. Now you can add your fragrance, I added Almond oil which is a bonus for me as that counts as the oil too! The oil helps to smooth out the lip balm and make the texture nicer on your lips so that is entirely optional).
5. Now you want to empty the mixture into your pot, don't worry about getting it on the sides because that's where the next step comes in!
6. Soak a cotton bud into the oil you used before (this prevents it sticking to the mixture) and run it around the rim of the pot as this will help to neaten the sides up. It will also make it look professional too.
7. Once you've done all of the above, do the old tap, tap, tap to even the lip balm out and use the toothpick (other end) to make a nice presentable swirl in the middle like this...
8. Now put this in the fridge and leave for about an hour or so or until firm to the touch.
9. (optional) Go all the way and put a label on! It will look so pro!
Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Annia-x-
